200g Chinese leek
200g roasted pork
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
Few slices carrot
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon shaoxing wine
Half teaspoon sugar
Half teaspoon dark caramel sauce
Few dashes pepper
Half cup water
Cornstarch + water ( for thicken up gravy)
Heat up the wok with cooking oil , add in roasted pork stir fry for couple minutes. Add in tofu , garlic toss well follow with the chinese leek stir fry for a minute and add in sauce mixture and carrot slices close the lid for a minute , thicken up the gravy little by little . And it’s ready to serve
