It’s kind of crazy to think that eating plants is bad for us.

Until you really stop to think. . . . what is it about them that might not be so good?

Plants don’t have claws or teeth and they can’t run away.

But a cow has horns (some on them) and they’re not going to easily let you kill them.

It turns out that plants, because they can’t (physically fight) or run away, produce chemicals that do much more harm than what a cow is going to give you when you eat it.

So ultimately, it’s hard to kill a cow, but that’s the very best for you.

It’s easy to kill kale, but it’s the worst thing for you.

Plants kill you from the inside out.

They contain the chemicals, the lectins, the oxalates, the phytates.

And last I looked, all vegetables, fruit, fiber, seeds and nuts are mostly sugar, which causes glycation and damages your body.

But fatty meat, organ meats are the very, very best.

Stop eating plants.

Start eating meat.
