My first experience with multi family real estate investing was by purchasing a 4plex that was a negative cash flow rental property. In this video, I share 3 reasons why someone would want to buy a negative cash flow rental property and why I don't think any beginner should buy a property that doesn't cash flow.
I was able to sell this negative cash flow property for $50k more than I bought it for just 8 months after I purchased the property. Thankfully, I made it out alive.
