Here's the newest beehive type to be added to the yard - a Cathedral Hive by Backyardhive.com! It is hexagonal in shape, but ultimately uses the principles of a top bar hive. It has a side window for looking in on the bee progress, and false backs for shortening the hive. It's a neat design and build, so here how it went! I will show what stain I use for this hive in a future video!
