How To Connect to your EMOTIONS to your THOUGHTS
I introduced last week the notion of being a thinker or a feeler.
This week I decided to look at those of us who try and think their way out of our problems. Running away from their emotion so that they don't have to feel the pain of negativity in their lives.
This might seem like a good coping strategy, helping you to keep calm and carry on, but the detriment of not allowing yourself to feel is that you will never truly know what you want or the best way to get there.
By keeping your emotions and cognition on the same page you can work out what you want to do and start making plans on how to get there.
Not allowing the emotions to cloud your judgement and dictate how you act think and feel.
