Today, 3/22/2020, was an unusual day, to say the least!
It is the first time in our lifetimes that we were prohibited from gathering to worship God on a Sunday morning. If you harbor any doubts about the reality of spiritual warfare it’s time to snap out of it! We are in the midst of an intense war! We need to strengthen our spiritual and physical immune systems! We are commanded to pray for all in authority. It is especially important to do that right now. They are dealing with extremely complex issues and need the wisdom of God to know how to proceed.
We are praying for our Governor, who, in an effort to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus, issued an executive order yesterday stating that virtually all retail businesses had to close and all gatherings had to cease until further notice. There were some exceptions, so we checked with our local police department and they approved our request to Live-Stream with a minimum number of people (4) in our church building.
We SO missed having our church family assembled for corporate worship!
But we are grateful for the ability to – LIFE Stream!
The Word of God is ALIVE and POWERFUL! (Hebrews 4:12)
Jesus is the bread of LIFE! (John 6:35)
God’s words are like HONEY on our lips! (Psalm 119:103)
Jesus gives us LIVING WATER! (John 4:14)
As we deal with COVID-19 we are all learning not to take ANYTHING for granted – even human touch! We pray for your safety and protection from every plague unleashed from the pit of hell.
1 Samuel 30:6 says, “David was greatly distressed, for the people spoke of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and his daughters. But David STRENGTHENED himself in the Lord his God.” We encourage you to use the extra time you have to strengthen yourself in the Lord! Study His Word, commune with His Holy Spirit, keep a journal of everything the Lord is showing you. This is the Decade of the Decree! Decree the promises of God out loud. “All His promises are YES and AMEN!” (2 Cor 1:20). Use the breath in your lungs to release decrees and God’s promises into the atmosphere to reverse the curse of the coronavirus.
Blessings to you all.
Remember, you have been blessed to be a blessing. (Genesis 12:2)
Pay it forward!

Psalm 118 (NLT)
15 Songs of joy and victory are sung in the camp of the godly.
The strong right arm of the Lord has done glorious things!
16 The strong right arm of the Lord is raised in triumph.
The strong right arm of the Lord has done glorious things!
17 I will not die; instead, I will live to tell what the Lord has done.
Hebrews 2
14 Because God’s children are human
Beings — made of flesh and blood —
the Son also became flesh and blood.
For only as a human being could He die,
and only by dying could He break
the power of the devil, who had the power of death.
15 Only in this way could He set free all
who have lived their lives as slaves to the fear of dying.
Stand Your Ground in the Moment of Truth
2 Samuel 23
9 Eleazar… the Ahohite, one of the three mighty men with David
when they defied the Philistines who were gathered there for battle,
and the men of Israel had retreated.
10 He arose and attacked the Philistines until his hand was weary,
and his hand stuck to the sword. The Lord brought about a great
victory that day.
Psalm 46
1 God is our refuge and strength,
A very present help in trouble.
2 Therefore we will not fear,
Even though the earth be removed,
And though the mountains be carried
into the midst of the sea;
3 Though its waters roar and be troubled,
Though the mountains shake
with its swelling. Selah
4 There is a river whose streams shall
make glad the city of God, the holy place
of the tabernacle of the Most High.
5 God is in the midst of her, she shall
not be moved; God shall help her,
just at the break of dawn.
Psalm 34
3 Oh, magnify the Lord with me,
and let us exalt His name together.
4 I sought the Lord, and He heard me,
and delivered me from all my fears.
5 They looked to Him and were radiant,
and their faces were not ashamed.
6 This poor man cried out,
and the Lord heard him,
and saved him out of all his troubles.
7 The angel of the Lord encamps all
around those who fear Him,
and delivers them.
Psalm 37
17 The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears,
and delivers them out of all their troubles.
18 The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart
and saves such as have a contrite spirit.
19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous,
But the Lord delivers him out of them all.
