Today i bring to you all how to make Kaju Masala Dhaba Style Recipe or Kaju Masala Restaurant Style with very simple steps at home using whole or broken Kaju.

Ingredients :
Step 1
Water : 1 1/2 cup
Broken Cashewnuts : 25gm
Onion : 2 roughly chopped medium sized
Step 2
Cooking Oil: 3 teaspoon
Whole Cashewnuts : 50-100gm
Step3
Cumin Seeds : 1 tbsp
Green Cardamom : 3-4 pods
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Bay Leaves - 1
Garlic : 4-5 cloves (finely chopped)
Green Chili : 4-5 (finely chopped)
Onion : 3 medium sized (finely chopped)
Garlic & Ginger Paste : 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tbps
Red Chili Powder : 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder : 1/2 tbsp
Cumin Powder : 1/4 tbsp (roasted)
Tomato : 4 medium sized (chopped)
Salt : add as per your requirement
Water : 1/2 cup
Dried Kasuri Methi : 1 tsp (crush in palm and sprinkle)
Chopped Coriander Leaves : 5gm
Optional Ingredient :
Plain Cream : Add at the end of the recipe to give it a more creamy consistency if you love more mild flavors and spices.
