Contraption I came up with that allows full rotation.
The large bolt rotates with the nut, the nut is not tightening and loosening as it turns.
There is a flat bearing between the two square plates.
There is also a flat bearing that can't be seen between the head of the bolt and the far plate.
The head of the bolt is hidden inside the far tube.
