David Ciepley is a former associate professor of political science at the University of Denver. He spent the last year as a Berggruen fellow at the Center for Advanced Studies in the Behavorial Sciences at Stanford working on a book on the two-hundred-year effort of Americans to keep their corporate economy compatible with constitutional democracy.
