Bowling run up,
In cricket, a run-up is the approach a bowler makes when preparing to deliver the ball. The ball must be delivered from behind a bowling crease, but preparation to bowl the ball can be done any way the bowler wishes.done any way the bowler wishes. Every different bowler approaches the wicket in a personal way, and so there can be many and varied "run-ups".
Make sure your foot hits the marker, right or left, the normal foot you start your run up with. With ball in hand, eyes closed, run at your normal run up pace until it 'feels' right to bound and bowl at the imaginary batter. Don't let go of the ball, just go through your bowling action.
