Hi lovelies! Here at Come Closer Photography, LLC we acknowledge that boudoir posing asks a lot of the body more times than not! So, why not give you a preparation stretching guide that you can do at home in the time leading up to your session! Join owner/photographer Cassidy and her lovely pup assistants as she walks you through our favorite stretches:
- Butterfly
- Single Leg
- Sitting side arm reach
- Childs Pose
- Frog Pose
- Cat Cow Pose
- Puppy Pose
Doing each of these poses for 1 minute each day can increase your flexibility and allow you to acheive posing more comfortably during your session! As always listen to your body , be patient and only go as far as you are comfortable going, the more you do it the better you will get.
