Macro-Friendly, High Protein Buffalo Chicken Mac N Cheese
Makes 5 servings:
505 Cals
39g Protein
59g Carbs
14g Fat
Ingredients:
325g pasta
300g 2% cottage cheese
150g 1/3 fat cream cheese
25g Cheddar powder
75g Buffalo sauce
30g soy sauce
30g honey
Chicken:
18oz Boneless skinless chicken thighs
Slice in strips
40g Buffalo sauce
20g soy sauce
Lightly coat with old bay seasoning, garlic powder & smoked paprika
Grill:
Preheat grill on high heat for 10 mins (closed)
Cook chicken 2 mins on each side (close lid)
Air fry:
Preheat to 400, add strips for 12 minutes (work in batches if it’s too crowded)
Garnish with chives or parsley + extra Buffalo sauce drizzle
