She looks at what's really underlying that reason for not starting yoga. Plus looks at how it's useful to approach yoga and yoga classes when you are less bendy.
And this is something she knows all about! When Kara-Leah first started yoga back in 1995, she was so inflexible she could barely touch her knees, let alone her toes.
