Ingredients:
500g Pork Belly
100g spring onion
1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sichuan Toban Chilli Sauce
2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp cooking wine
1 Tbsp oil
Method:
1) Diagonally cut the bulb of the spring onion and cut the stalk into 4 cm sections and set aside.
2) Slice the pork belly into thin pieces.
3) Heat the pan over medium heat and add oil. Add the meat and cook until the meat is partially cooked.
4) Push the meat aside and add the Toban sauce, stir-fry until the oil is red. Add the Hoisin sauce until the fragrance is out and mix them with the meat.
5) Add the bulb of the spring onion , stir-fry until they are soft. Add the stalk of the onion and stir–fry for 1 minute. Finally add sugar, mix well before serving.
