Recently, Bloomberg revealed that North Korea has been using illegal exports to continue funding their explosive and potentially life-threatening nuclear program. Their damning report explained how the communist nation has been changing their ship names to avoid the raft of sanctions put in place by the United Nations.
North Korea is undeniably one of the world's biggest threats, and without a long term solution to this current problem, there's absolutely know guarantee of denuclearization in the near future.
