Ingredients
500g pork belly
4-5 tomatoes
2 onions
2 gabi/taro
kangkong/water spinach
4 Tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp ground pepper
2 tsp sinigang mix
3 green chilli
2 L water
Procedure
1. Put tomatoes, onions, pork, gabi and water in a casserole.
2. Bring to boil and remove foam.
3. Press the tomatoes and gabi or taro.
4. After 30 min add labanos or radish.
5. Continue to simmer until pork is tender for another 20-30 min.
6. Add fish sauce, pepper and sinigang mix.
7. Add kangkong stem and green chilli.
8. Add kangkong leaves.
