A court ruled that Yousef Ajin, a father of four -- who was detained last month by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and held for three weeks as his wife worked 12-hour days to support the family -- will not be deported. Ajin's hearing drew quite a crowd of demonstrators. "I don't think anyone should feel scared to be in a country like America," the man daughter said. Ajin's wife and kids are U.S. citizens. He has been working toward his citizenship since he immigrated here from Jordan.
