India Unveils the Zorawar: A New Era of Light Battle Tanks.

India launched the Zorawar light battle tank developed in less than two years by DRDO and Larsen & Toubro. With a weight of 25 tons and amphibious capabilities, the Zorawar is designed to face threats in highland areas and rough terrain. The Indian Army plans to order an initial 59 units and a total of 295 units by 2027. Zorawar enhances India's defense capabilities, especially in high-altitude areas along the Line of Actual Control (LAC).
