Hey there YouTube fam! Are you tired of struggling with sleep? Well, forget sleep hygiene because I'm about to transform your sleep game. In this video, I'm going to be reacting to a video by YouTuber Hamza and let me tell you, he's an absolute prodigy when it comes to sleep tips.
I talks about how blue light isn't as bad for sleep as people think, but over-stimulation is the real culprit. Jeffrey says he can't sleep at night and Hamza points out that it's because he's still on his computer, getting all that blue light in his eyes and over-stimulating himself with video games and junk food at 3am. The truth is, we all have the ability to be "morning larks" or "night owls", it just depends on our wake time.
But what I found most interesting was when Hamza talked about the "buffer zone". He suggests that after you've finished all your work and checked your emails, you should do things that make you feel calm, happy, and relaxed, but not with the intention of trying to force yourself to sleep. This is an incredibly important nuanced thing that a lot of insomniacs and people with poor quality sleep don't understand.
So, if you're ready to get some zzz's and wake up feeling refreshed, give this video a watch and let me know in the comments how you're going to create your own buffer zone! And don't forget to hit that subscribe button for more sleep tips and tricks. Sweet dreams!
