Fantastic crosswind takeoff and departure from a rainy, misty Laguardia runway 13. You can see Manhattan vaguely through the mist. We made it into and out of LGA for a layover without any delays on a rainy day... we must’ve banked some serious good luck for that to happen!!! We were IFR in the clouds for the entire flight to PIT until we broke out on landing approximately 300 feet above the ground. Excellent work and a job well done by this flight crew!
