Derek has a dream, one that involves action at the individual level with a purpose to create a gender equal world. With over 20 years in senior finance and management roles, 10 years in business coaching and consulting and 5 years leading a local Mackay business, Derek is firmly of the belief no one person is inherently any “better or worse” than anyone else and nor should they be prevented from enjoying all the benefits that life can provide.
