3 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into chunks
I jar Kraft Fat Free Zesty Italian Dressing
2 tablespoons lemon juice
This dressing had a lot of vinegar and no oil in it.
I stir fried the chicken, added dressing and lemon juice and
pressure canned it at 11 PSI for 75 minutes in pint jars.
I stir fry lightly, not until done, just enough to keep the pieces separate.
