Warden nerfed sonic boom vs Bedrock wither - Who will win?

In the latest Bedrock beta of Minecraft 1.19 Wild Update, the warden's sonic boom attack got a significant nerf. The attack damage of sonic boom is quite weak as compared to the previous updates.
