This easy, fun #cardiodance routine is perfect for you fans of '80s pop music and especially, Elton John. (But we also take our inspirations for new routines from other places, see note below.)

If you're using this song in your #homefitness routine, here's a note: the one trick to the choreography in this dance fitness routine is the chasse' piece at the beginning with a forward and backward movement. Take a tip from our students: don't worry about the sway of the arms, just focus on the feet first!

Note from Alana: When we choreographed this song, my son was obsessed with #SINGmovie and "I'm Still Standing" is his favorite song on the soundtrack. :)
