After a short melt down when trying to connect to the Spark Go Bluetooth, I realized a Firmware update was in order and responsible for the Bluetooth not connecting.
Forget your phone and Log into your account, on your Desktop computer, if you do not have a computer,, sorry i said EASY, that you created after purchasing Spark Go, and click on your emoji circle at the top, in between the search and cart icon.
