Deontay Wilder has poured scorn on Anthony Joshua's fight against Jarrell Miller.
Joshua will defend his heavyweight world titles against the unbeaten American at Madison Square Garden on June 1.
The Brit was unable to agree a deal with fellow world champion Wilder - despite being offered $50million last year.
Joshua also failed to thrash out terms with domestic rival Dillian Whyte for a clash at Wembley on April 13.
The 29-year-old will instead bid to crack America in his first professional fight outside of the UK.
But speaking before the announcement, Wilder told talkSPORT: "Jarrell is still an unknown fighter here in America. Jarrell is from Brooklyn and stuff like that, but they don’t even know him in his own city.
