Today I smoke a full rack of Beef Back Ribs using a Weber Kettle equipped with Adrenaline BBQ’s Slow-n-Sear. This was a first for me. The SnS performed flawlessly, rendering a very tender & moist product. The ribs were really good but the Sucklebusters rub left much to be desired & quite honestly it was a bit disappointing. I’ve had nothing but exemplary experiences with Sucklebusters & perhaps my expectation & anticipation were a bit to high. But nonetheless these ribs were still devoured! Enjoy!
