Propeller guards can offer an extra layer of safety from the spinning propellers, especially for new drone pilots. However, they can be useful for all drone pilots if you will be flying in close proximity to obstacles or even if you are flying indoors. We go over how to install the prop guards and take the DJI Mavic 3 for a quick test flight with the propeller guards installed.
