Formed from the songwriting partnership of Hugo Bowman and Sarah Lewis, initially as a side project, the duo's creative output was kicked into overdrive with the hiatus of Fragile Things and shows no signs of slowing. The auspicious arrival of bassman Justin Kool and drummer Jamie Gilder cemented the band's groove-centric sound, and their quest to fuse heavy riffs and funky beats; serious songwriting with a touch of bombast and a healthy dose of silliness.

Land Captain's debut single 'Automatic' was released in July 2019, and they are currently recording an E.P.
