Cops had been acting on a tip that had the wrong address for a 23-year-old suspect said to be armed who lived in a unit next door and had electronic monitoring bracelet on and would've been easy to trace
Young asked for the footage as a part of her lawsuit against the CPD
lawyers for the City of Chicago went to federal court to try to stop CBS 2 from broadcasting the video, saying it violated a confidentiality agreement.
The judge disagreed and the story aired.
