Fly fishing in Squamish British Columbia is a real pleasure. With so many places to explore it's one of BC's most beautiful spots surrounded by huge mountains, giant trees and beautiful rivers.
I'm starting a new fishing video series called 'Lines & Tales' where I want I spend time with people with lines to cast and tales to tell.
In this inaugural video I had the pleasure of meeting up with Teddy Cosco, or as he's better known as online as @castandiron on Instagram.
Teddy has taken his passion for fly fishing and paired that with his passion for creating great meals in a cast iron pan. So .... Cast AND Iron ... cast iron, man he's clever.

In this video Geoff and Teddy spend some time in Squamish, BC, fly fishing for rainbow trout, bull trout and steelhead. Then they take some time to create and cook a wonderful salmon burger made by hand over a fire in a cast iron pan.
