Representative time-lapse movie of the anterior-region endoderm of a Tg(sox17:EGFP) zebrafish embryo transplanted with sox32-expressing and rhodamine-labeled wild-type cells, from 10.5 h post fertilization to 14 h post fertilization (from 3 to 10 somites) at 25°C. Images were acquired at 5-minute intervals; the movie plays at 7 frames/second.
