Mai Ness presents her insights regarding the nature-nurture debate. She introduces us to a third, possibly more important factor in determining how people act. Mai Ness grew up in Belgrade, Serbia but has relocated to Israel in order to complete her senior year at AIS. Her profound interest in biosocial psychology inspired her to research the nature-nurture dichotomy in criminology, specifically addressing the extent to which individual choices can impact the manifestation of criminal tendencies. This complex dichotomy, after which she structured her culminating high-school senior project, has further encouraged her to pursue a position of this nature in the IDF, to which she will be drafting in July 2019. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at [ Ссылка ]
