An Australian landmark. We camped at Ayers Rock Campground in Yulara and then camped at Curtin Springs Station. The furthest point away from Uluru we got was Mount Conner Lookout and the dry lake. Some clips from Mutitjulu Waterhole and Kantju Gorge can be seen. We walked around Uluru. Superb, relaxing walk. None of that climbing the rock bullshit. It was still legal back then but we didn't do it. In Kata Tjuta we did the walks: Walpa Gorge and Valley of the Winds with Karu Lookout and Karingana Lookout. If I remember well we did all of this and then some in 3 days.
