Rescuers are working to ensure there are no people left trapped in ruins after a powerful earthquake and a series of aftershocks shook a Taiwanese city. A 6.4-magnitude quake struck the city of Hualien on the island's east coast Tuesday night and was followed by tremors the next day. Ten people were confirmed dead Wednesday and at least 60 remained unaccounted for. VOA's Zlatica Hoke reports.
