Millet Bread. No Egg, No Yeast, Gluten Free, Vegan.
This is homemade vegan bread that you can make at home, if you have millet flour, try to make this recipe. This millet bread will be perfect for breakfast or snack, served with jam, so delicious.
Ingredients:
300g (2 1/2 cup) Browntop millet flour
50g (1/2 cup) millet flakes
50g (1/2 cup) coconut flakes
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tbsp salt
450ml sparkling water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp seeds ( pumpkin, sunflower and sesame)
- Use 24x11cm loaf baking pan
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for one hour
