When you focus on your breath intentionally, it brings you into the present moment and sends a signal to your mind and body that you are safe and you can let go of stress and tension. Today I will guide you through a complete, 3 dimensional, yogic breath practice to help you relax.
This is a very powerful practice that has many far-reaching benefits. Today, our goal is simply to practice, and perhaps allow a greater sense of wellbeing to emerge from within. We will break this breath into three parts, and then we will put them all together. Get ready for pure tranquility.
