Wrist Drop is a medical condition in which the wrist get drop from it natural position where the Patient is unable to bring his/her hand and finger in extension and the wrist starts being in flexion position which is caused due to injury to the radial nerve which supplies to the wrist and finger extensors muscle which help to do the wrist and finger extension movement and due to injury to the nerve the muscle get weak or fully paralysed and causes wrist drop. There are many reasons which can cause radial nerve injury which are persistent injury around shoulder or arm , stab injury to the chest or below the clavicle and humerus fracture.
So today I'm going to share some basic or important exercises which will be helpful for those who have wrist drop problem and he has improved and now able to extend the wrist and finger little bit or contract the muscle.
