1. There is a correlation between screen time and language delay.
2. Doesn’t mean causation, it’s a correlation – that means your child is subject to a higher risk.
3. It is the parent’s responsibility, but blaming is another thing. What good is there to blame?
4. The way is to teach alternatives, not to say it’s because of screen time that the child is unable to speak. As a matter of fact, for most speech and language delay cases, there is no reason.
5. There are professionals out there who are blame parents for giving too much screen time and I don't like it.
