📱 In this video, Swami Mukundananda gives us a way to stay Focussed on our Goals when our WillPower is low. WillPower is the self-control or the ability to control our mind and, do whatever we need to do to accomplish our goals even if they are hard. However, the WillPower we possess is limited and may fade away after a while. In these situations, we need to tap in to the Why-Power or the Knowledge of the Intellect. When your WillPower is low ask yourself

Why is this goal very important for me in the first place?
What inspired me to work on my goals when I started?

When we remember that knowledge and revise it, we will get inspired and will be able to stay focussed on the goals. It's the forgetfulness of that knowledge that makes us uninspired after a while. So whenever you are low on WillPower, tap on to the Why- Power which will help you to stay focussed on your goals.
