TODAY'S RECIPE IS Taiwanese Castella Cake Recipe | Cotton Soft Sponge Cake Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Hot oil 1/4 cup
Flour 1/3 cup
Corn flour 1 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
2 egg yolks
Mix well
2 egg white
Beat for 1 mins
Sugar 1/4 cup
Beat until stiff peaks
Add egg foam with flour mixture
Mix slowly do not over mix
6 inch greased pan
Hot water
Bake in preheated oven at 150c for 30-40 mins
Let it cool down
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
