SPICY CHICKEN WRAP 🌶️🐓
Weeknight dinner: 375 calories & 37 g protein per serving/wrap
Full recipe makes 4 servings/wraps ⬇️
Chicken thighs
- To a mixing bowl, add the following marinade ingredients: 1 grated clove of garlic
- Lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- Season with salt, black pepper, chilli powder, and cajun to taste
- Add 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs and mix well to incorporate
- To a pan on medium-high heat, spray, neutral oil and add chicken
- Cook 4-5 mins on each side and check doneness
Caramelized Onions
- Thinly chop 4 medium sweet onions
- Add 1/2 tbsp olive oil to a pan on medium heat, and add onions, stirring occasionally (every 1-2 mins)
- After 5 mins of stirring, add salt and black pepper to taste and continue stirring
- After 10 mins of stirring, add 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce and continue stirring
- After 5-10 mins of stirring, the onions should be nice and caramelized!
Healthy Special Sauce
- To a bowl add the following: 1 grated clove of garlic
- 3 tbsp Greek toghury
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 tbsp hot sauce (recipe calls for sriracha)
- Some lemon huicd
- Salt and black pepper to taste
