COVID-19 has accelerated important changes in US health policy and practice. This session will explore both the immediate and intermediate effects of the epidemic on access to care; health insurance and health systems; hospitals, and shifts in health delivery and practice. What have been the implications of shifts to telemedicine, delayed care, de-densification, and other changes for policy and for health outcomes?
