The state has been given until Thursday to amend a charge sheet in a case in which seven people and three companies are facing charges of 10 billion shillings related to the Anglo -leasing scam. Magistrate Felix Kombo allowed the state to make the changes after the defense objected to have proceedings go on without the representation of companies adversely mentioned in the case.
