My mom has been experienced with hair for over 15 years. If she didn't think it was safe to do this to my hair she wouldn't let me. I ONLY bleach my hair 1 time every 3-4 months. I haven't bleached my hair since October of 2016. So my hair is grown out and more than healthy enough to bleach. IF for some god forsaken reason you feel the need to tell me you are a "professional" cosmetologist and that I'm doing this wrong, please kindly take your "professional" ass elsewhere :D
