my last lvl 11 I'm getting for anyone in this game.
if you saw my other vids, On this playthrough of mine I'm just getting the weapons I want this time around instead of everyone's.
yes it's on Expert, I did not use the "difficulty change" trick
-All lvl 11 weapons has to be obtained on Expert
-You must have that person's lvl 10 before getting their lvl 11
-conditions must be met and an S rank is required to obtain weapon.
-Weapon message will be shown during the battle if all is done correctly (although I've had one instance of this where I've obtained a lvl 11 without the message appearing)
