I used a set of 7kg/15Lbs, dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
How it’s done: There are 2 Circuits + a finisher to complete.
Circuit 1: 2 x 35 secs work/15 secs rest.
Circuit 2: 1 x 20 secs work/20 secs rest
