Russia paraded Ukrainian fighters through the streets of Mariupol after they surrendered from a steel plant. Russia described them as “neo-Nazis” and says they will interrogate each one for possible crimes against civilians. This comes after Ukraine put the first Russia soldier on trial for a war crime.
