We stopped by the award winning Kennnwall Lab to gain some insight on their SOP to create Solventless Sauce. This process is also known as "Jar Tech".

The idea here is to create THCA crystal formations within the rosin via short term high heat, and long term low heat inside the jar. It's important to not open the jar during this process to avoid releasing volatile terpenes. This process has been shown through tests to actually increase the terpene profile.
