Deputy Speaker of Parliament Thomas Tayebwa has appealed to the European Union MPs who convened in the capital city Maputo in Mozambique to consider revisiting their earlier decision stopping Uganda and Tanzania from building the East African Crude Oil Pipeline running from Albertine graben in Uganda to the port of Tanga in Tanzania sighting environmental disasters.
Tayebwa was speaking at the ongoing ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly in Maputo City, Mozambique, with EU MPs on issues of climate change.
